Judy Dobles

Judy is Senior Executive Advisor partnering with clients to drive significant improvements and exceptional results. She has worked with clients on business strategy, customer 1st initiatives, end-to-end business process improvements, interim management and executive coaching.

During her career as a Finance and Operations Executive at Kodak, she led many significant global organization transformations and was known for combining her exemplary technical talent, strong communication & coaching capability and creativity to drive significant positive change in any organization while having fun at the same time. She works easily across a variety of cultures and is recognized for executing programs quickly. Her trademark is doing things that have never been done before. Some accomplishments: creation and optimization of a pan-European finance organization of 500 employees, establishment of a global shared services organization of over 1300 employees, outsourcing of finance and human resource shared services to India and Poland, and the optimization of a global finance organization of 2200 employees.

Prior to her corporate career, Judy worked for the YWCA in Racine, Wisconsin providing leadership for the River Bend Nature Center. There she managed 80 acres of forest, field and wetlands that provided habitat for many different plant and wildlife communities. She successfully wrote grant proposals that allowed the creation of an environmental education program for the elementary schools. In addition, she created a cross-country ski program which enabled her to double revenue in 1.5 years, and provided funds to support critical needs for battered women in the community.

Judy holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin and a Bachelor of Science degree in Natural Resources from the University of Michigan. Speaker at shared services conferences. She served on the Board of Directors for the Women’s Forum of Kodak Employees and New Hire Connection. She was the Executive Sponsor for the Asia Pacific Network and was nominated twice for the prestigious CEO Diversity Award. She has 300 hours of Quality Improvement training. Kodak received Institutional Investor's Deal of the Year Award for her leadership of the 1994 Derivatives Unwind and Debt Tender. She enjoys many outdoor activities and recently bicycled 4,300 miles from San Diego, California to Rochester, New York.
